What Is In Store for 2024?

It's still early in the year, however the 3rd month is almost complete! So far, I've had the pleasure of working on two custom projects (both are currently still in progress) and learning some new sewing techniques from each one. The custom projects have been showing me that there are many directions my shop can go, so I've decided to set some goals for myself.
2024 is going to be a big year for SweetNSpicier and I wanted to share some of the goals I have made for my business:
Release Custom Projects as a service to the US
Design 10 new items for each side of my shop
Work with people to model products in photos
Build inventory
Be able to sell at my first Farmer's Market!
These are some of my top goals for this year and I'm so thrilled to work towards reaching them. The goals are going to help me take more steps towards the growth that I want to see for SweetNSpicier! And through the year, I get to learn how to set up the smaller steps to reach each goal.
I'd like to touch on the goal of releasing Custom Projects as a service on my shop. This goal is a learning process for me, and I'm currently doing custom projects for friends and family at this time to help solidify the process for myself. While I absolutely love making custom items for people, I do need to learn how to guide the process as efficiently as possible and know when to be done with the project. Working with the clients I have now is giving me the opportunity to know how many alterations can be done and when to let the client know that the final design is completed. I'm thankful for these clients to be learning in this process with me.
I'm curious what goals you set for yourself through the year (personal or for your business) and how you work to achieve them. Comment on this post to share about your goals and your process to reach them :)
